Shopify Integration - OAuth persistence_failed bug

I try to connect Lovable to my existing webshop in Shopify, but fails every time. Shopify Support has confirmed that the Lovable app is correctly installed on my store and the access token is valid. They verified a successful Admin API request was made on 2025-12-02 19:46:28 UTC. However, the Lovable interface continues to show a persistence_failed error during the OAuth flow, preventing the integration from completing. This suggests the issue is on Lovable's side with storing/recognizing the OAuth token, not with Shopify. Can anybody help me?

Hi, Nice to meet you. I think you have to contact Lovable and tell them their backend is failing to store the OAuth token.

That's what I think too, but for this moment support keeps blaiming there is something wrong with permission on Shopify's side. Which is not! I hope support Lovable will help me soon (they are really quick with mailing back!)

Hey there, we have integrated our WebApp with our Shopify Shop. The Loveable App in Shopify seems to generate a new Admin Token each day (which is not visible to the user). So it works 1 day and the next day loveable itself is using an old Admin Key because the Lovable App in Shopify created a new Admin Token again. Is someone having similar issues, neither Shopify nor Loveable support is able to help. Thanks!
