My subscription and credits disappeared.

I had over 1000 credits on the app earlier today. Suddenly I logged in and it appeared as if I had no subscription and no credits. Several hours have passed and nothing has returned, I've tried logging out and logging back in and nothing. Has this happened to anyone else?
