Inaccessible Database - After TopUp

Project ID: jxzpthjneywqgpipkpjl My database has been completely inaccessible for more than 10 days. All queries fail with "Connection terminated due to connection timeout". I already performed a top-up of credits, but the problem persists. We already invest a lot in this system and was working, but we dindt know about the TopUp, we did it late and everything crushed. The Cloud panel shows Database and Storage as unresponsive. Please, I urgently need my project reactivated/restored
